Easy Gluten-free dairy free peach cobbler/dump cake

2 large cans of peaches in heavy syrup (you can choose to use fresh peaches with added sugar)
1 box gluten-free yellow cake mix
Dairy free butter (I prefer Earth Balance)

Drain one large can of peaches. Drain second can of peaches Half way. Prepare your topping by adding melted dairy free butter to your cake mix until it forms a crumble consistency. Place your peaches in a 9 x 13 pan and cover with crumble. Cinnamon is a great option to add to the topping! Bake at 350 for 30 to 45 minutes (Or until top browns slightly). 

I like to add a little of this to my daughter's lunch box for a special treat from time to time. 
Also great when served with ice cream (dairy free, soy or almond ice cream are great options)!
