Frozen Banana "Ice Cream" - Dairy Free!

This is SO good as an ice cream substitute! I can not sing it's praises enough, WE LOVE IT!
We made it with the peanut butter as suggested in the recipe, but I think we may add a little cocoa powder next time or maybe strawberries... oh the possibilities!

Ingredients  yeilds 1 bowl of ice cream
  • 2 bananas, frozen
  • 1 tbsp peanut butter (optional)

Slice very ripe bananas and freeze. Once frozen place in food processor with the peanut butter (optional) until smooth.
